Personal Experience
On June 1, 2019, Dr. Donald Harris graduated from Benedictine University in Lisle, IL with his doctorate degree in Organization Development specializing in Family Business. Dr. Harris completed undergraduate studies in Mathematics & Engineering as well as graduate studies in Business Administration & Communications. He has completed distinguished careers in both Corporate America, as a senior manager with a Fortune 50 company and in the United States Army, as a retired directorate level Lieutenant Colonel Infantry Officer and Bronze Star Recipient. Additionally, Dr. Harris is a Series 7 registered representative with FINRA. Don joined the VR organization in 2016 and is the Managing Partner of the VR – Great Lakes Bay Office.
